About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant (HR Shared Services) to support our HR operations team in delivering efficient and accurate HR services. This is a 3-month temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance. You will play an important role in managing employee data and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.

Employment Details
  • Job Type: 3 Months (with potential extension based on performance)
  • Salary Range: $2,580 – $3,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Work Location: One-North
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately in the HR system in accordance with established procedures and standards.
  • Verify, process, and update onboarding and offboarding data for new hires and resignees.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is properly filed and maintained.
  • Deliver HR services in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Support the HR Shared Services team in executing daily HR operations efficiently.
  • Handle ad-hoc HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR operations or shared services experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling large volumes of data.
  • Able to manage high-volume tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, meticulous, and proactive team player.
