Job summary

  • Perform scanning, photocopying, and document management.

Job description

Working Hours: Office Hours (Mon – Fri)

Salary: Up to $3,200/month

Location: Queenstown

Key Responsibilities
  • Billing & Invoicing: Verify and process patient bills for all Operating Theatre (OT) cases. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to vendors for consignment items.
  • Contract Management: Maintain and update implant and consumables contracts (pricing, start dates, item codes, etc.).
  • Inventory Monitoring: Track utilization of consignment items and replenish stock as needed.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate team meetings (book venues, prepare agendas, arrange catering).
  • Procurement Support: Handle quotations, purchase/work requisitions, and submit invoices for payment.
  • HR & Admin Support: Assist with onboarding/offboarding of clinicians and department staff. Manage incoming/outgoing mail, calls, and departmental communications.
  • General Administration: Perform scanning, photocopying, filing, faxing, and document management. Maintain records and support other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Min. Diploma in any discipline
  • Strong numerical skills with basic accounting knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to work independently
