Job summary

A healthcare technology company in Singapore seeks an Operations Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will provide daily operations support in clinical areas, ensure compliance with regulations, and establish contracts with industry partners. Candidates should possess a diploma in business management and at least one year of healthcare experience. Strong communication and IT skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in multiple IT systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for daily operations like billing and data entry.
• Monitor bed management activities in Wards.
• Track and process invoices for clinical consumables.
• Work with industry partners to establish procurement contracts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide general support for daily operations and administration such as billing adjustment, form submission, data entry and analysis and distribution of materials and supplies to clinical areas
• Monitor and support bed management activities in the Wards as required
• Track, monitor, and process invoices for consumables utilized in clinical areas
• Work closely with industry partners to establish loan agreements and procurement contracts for items used in clinical areas
• Ensure that operations at clinical areas comply with regulatory guidelines e.g. GN27, lead apron screening, radiation monitoring, new product evaluation, IT and equipment compliance checks etc.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Diploma preferably in Business Management
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in the healthcare industry
• Tech-savvy with experience using several different IT systems in daily work
• Good verbal and written communication skills
