A leading facilities management organization in Singapore seeks an experienced administrator for operational roles involving documentation, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement processes. Candidates should possess a diploma in business administration or supply chain management and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The role includes email management, procurement assistance, and teamwork on improvement initiatives.
1. Email management for returns of unserviceable materials from Section and schedule a team of 4 warehouse assistant accordingly
2. Coordinating appointment with various scrap dealers for equipment returns directly to scrap dealer yard after receiving information from section
3. Ensure that information provided by the section tally with Warehouse Management System Records
4. Carry out administrative process of disposal documentation, which include disposal memo, collection memo etc and tracking of disposal job completion
5. Obtain approval from the managers and the head of section in accordance to the disposal process stated in Store Operating Manual
6. Monitor term contract utilisation
7. Prepare monthly reports of the outstanding documentation for all returns and coordinate with section for closure
8. Assist in Small Value Purchase, sourcing for quotation for Warehouse Operation
9. Assist in checking that all keys and assets are accountable end of the working day
10. Work together in a team for Kaizen projects as part of continuous improvement for all SCM processes.
11. Any other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
1. Preferably Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
2. Candidate with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience is preferred
