Job summary

An educational institution in Singapore is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support onboarding processes, manage schedules, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate has 3 to 4 years of experience in the education sector and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of administrative experience in the education field/sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding processes for new faculty/staff.
  • Prepare and proofread school publications and communications.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for the Principal or senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Be point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute academic schedules, timetables, and calendars.
  • Support coordination of academic events.
  • Manage academic records.
  • Liaise with academic departments to support communication.
  • Assist in ad hoc duties assigned.
