We are seeking a professional and organised Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide high-level administrative support and ensure the smooth running of office operations. This role is based in Singapore and requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent coordination skills.

Description
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate with corporate secretary vendors on governance tasks including documentation, filing deadlines, board-related materials, compliance calendars etc.
  • Support interactions with government entities by assisting in gathering documentation, understanding grant requirements, preparing submissions, and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Monitor relevant government policies, new grant opportunities, and regulatory updates to keep executives informed.
  • Manage correspondence, prepare reports, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Be responsible for basic HR operations such as onboarding/ offboarding, CPF contribution etc
  • Support the implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in organising company events and meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks as required to support the business operations.
Profile

A successful Executive Assistant/Office Manager should have:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
