Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Executive Assistant (Admin cum Finance) to support the CEO. Executive Assistant (Admin cum Finance)

Salary: $2800 to $3500 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Office Location: Bukit Batok

Responsibilities:

  • This position reports directly to the CEO.
  • Issuance of tax invoice and chasing of payment.
  • Working with finance department to ensure all account related matters are in order.
  • Familiar with finance related works and doing full sets of accounts.
  • Submission of GST
  • Assist related works for the CEO.
  • Well-versed in shipment procedures to carry out clearance of imports.
  • Liaise with different stakeholders including clients, suppliers and financial institutions.

Requirements:

  • Requires minimum of 5 years of experience doing administrative and office management related works in the construction industry.
  • Training, upgrading and opportunity for growth is provided.
  • Familiar with finance softwares like ABSS, Xero, Autocount
