Job summary

A leading recruitment company in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support. This role involves managing schedules, correspondence, and academic events. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in an administrative role. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential. This position offers a competitive salary of up to $4,000 per month.

Qualifications

  • Min 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in academic administration.
  • Able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Principal and senior leadership.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Support academic scheduling, events (e.g., exams, PTMs), and reporting.
  • Maintain academic and administrative records.
  • Liaise with academic departments and support day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and assist with school communications and publications.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
