Overview

Join us as an Executive Assistant supporting the high‑performing Infrastructure team within the Real Assets department of Macquarie Asset Management.

What role will you play?

Working in a fast‑paced and close‑knit team environment, you will support executives and members of the team on extensive inbox and diary management, arranging internal and external face‑to‑face meetings and overseeing multiple video calls per week, including managing the waiting room, agenda, participants and presentations when required. You will manage domestic and international travel arrangements including accommodation, visas, client entertainment and expense claims, and interact regularly with other assistants to coordinate conference calls with international offices and across different time zones.

What You Offer
  • 5 years’ experience providing executive assistant support within the professional services industry (finance, consulting or legal)
  • Ability to adopt a proactive approach and fully understand the nature of the business and priorities within the team while maintaining a high level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational, planning and multi‑tasking abilities and the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities
  • A natural collaborator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to seamlessly interact with the global executive assistants’ team, stakeholders and senior executives within a fast‑paced environment.
