Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our management and operations teams. Candidate should be someone who is organized, reliable and open to learn and grow in a dynamic office environment.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Salary: $3500 - $4000

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Management and Operations teams.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and internal/external events, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared in advance.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, meeting materials and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate filing and documentation systems, both digital and physical.
  • Manage and monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.
  • Arrange and monitor deliveries and courier services, ensuring items and documents are collected and delivered on time.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, clients and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Support event planning, team activities and ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'A' Levels/Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organizational, coordination and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
