About Our Client

Job Description
- Manage and coordinate the Chairman's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Chairman.
- Serve as the key liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, edit, and review official communications, emails, and documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
- Document and distribute meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist and contact guests for conferences, events and meetings.
- Maintain compliance with corporate policies, standards, and governance protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and government agencies when necessary.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for corporate events, board meetings, and leadership off-sites.
The Successful Applicant
- Atleast 5 years of experience in secretarial role, ideally within the O&G or Energy or industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle competing priorities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in dealing with confidential matters.
- Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management and organisation skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting management needs.
- Proficient in MS Office and systems.
