Executive Assistant
5 Days Workweek
Location: 8 Fan Yoong Road, Singapore
Salary: S$2,300 – S$2,700

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative and scheduling support to the General Manager.
  • Attend external meetings or client visits together with the Manager when required.
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle emails, documents, and communication on behalf of the Manager.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain confidential files and important documents.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and basic research.
  • Support any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills; able to speak Chinese to deal with Chinese clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently, handle confidential information, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Possess a valid driving license (added advantage).
  • Professional, responsible, and proactive.
