Job summary

A healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the C Suites. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the C Suites and stakeholders.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle confidential information and assist with travel arrangements.
  • Screen and direct incoming communications for the C Suites.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and events.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support
    • Act as the primary point of contact between the C Suites and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Manage and prioritise the calendars of the C Suites, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
    • Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the C Suites.
    • Anticipate the needs of the C Suites and proactively address them.
  • Communication & Coordination
    • Screen and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence for the C Suites.
    • Act as a liaison between the C Suites and other employees, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events for the C Suites.
    • Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other documents on behalf of the C Suites.
  • Travel & Logistics
    • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements for the C Suites, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation.
    • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and assist the C Suites during their travels.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting multiple senior executives in a corporate environment.
