Qualifications

Education
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with service providers, including driver management, property management etc.
- Travel management and meeting management as needed.
- Handle personal errands, gift purchases, reservations, and ad-hoc requests.
- Keep the management companies’ ledger, handle invoice checking, reconcile the ledger with bank statements monthly.
- Contract/Documentation management.
- Assist with other ad-hoc team requests related to the fund manager’s daily operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED BACKGROUND
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years’ relevant working experience, experience in large MNC is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin due to be able to communicate with China colleagues.
- Take ownership in assigned work, responsive and service oriented.
- Detailed oriented and organized in work process with strong interpersonal skills - work independently with a team spirit.
- Professional work ethics and high integrity.
