Job Responsibilities
  • Provide executive support to CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and prioritizing meetings to optimize time and efficiency
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes and follow-up on action items
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
  • Support the CEO in preparing presentations, reports and correspondence
  • Manage travel arrangements, logistics and expense reporting
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in relevant administrative support roles, preferably in financial services or professional services industries
  • Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High level of professionalism and ability to interact with individuals at all levels
