As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic individual to join us as an Executive Assistant - someone who’s organised, creative, and eager to make things happen behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

Executive Support

  • Manage the Manager’s calendar, travel, and correspondence.
  • Prepare briefing materials - client background, project summaries, and pre-meeting notes.
  • Follow up after meetings to ensure action items are tracked and completed.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and customer decks.
  • Coordinate company events, client visits, and meetings with principals.
  • Occasionally assist in preparing quotations, especially when the Manager is travelling.
  • Handle occasional personal or administrative tasks for the Manager.

Marketing Support

  • Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn page, posting company updates, project showcases, and product highlights.
  • Support website updates with new content or visuals to ensure information stays current.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials for exhibitions, trade shows, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, and partners when needed.
  • Use AI and digital tools to research, organise, and generate content ideas.

Who You Are

  • At least 1 year of experience in PA/EA, marketing, or project coordination roles.
  • Strong organisational, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiar with LinkedIn and basic website platforms (Wix, Hubspot, or similar).
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research and content preparation.
  • Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented.
  • A self-starter who enjoys both structure and creativity.
