Job description
Who we are looking for:

We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant based in Singapore. The individual should:

  • Provides secretarial & administrative support i.e., extensive calendar management and a need for confidentiality.
  • Organizes and coordinates the manager's activities, make recommendations for multiple scheduling conflicts.
  • GaGathers, communicates, and dispatches information throughout the management team.
  • Handles delicate and unexpected situations and facilitates the resolution of ongoing problems with recommendations and solutions.
  • Facilitate and ensure smooth planning of meetings e.g. Country visits, leadership meetings, team meetings, recurring 1-1 catch up sessions, etc.
  • Coordinate complex meetings with internal and external stakeholders on different time zones, scheduling conference rooms, bridge lines, catering and audio/visual support.
  • Prepare and consolidates presentation slides, as needed by the Manager.
  • Work closely with other division assistants to coordinate logistics for company events, e.g. Townhall, team activities, etc.
