Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling and transportation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as calls and expense management.
- Plan and organise social events and gatherings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights and accommodations.
- Manage communication devices and tools as needed.
- Support health and wellness scheduling.
- Assist with children's activities if needed.
- Address ad-hoc tasks like home maintenance.
- Oversee daily operations this includes coordinating schedules, managing appointments, arranging transportation.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as managing calls, messages, expenses.
- Help plan and organise social events, family gatherings.
- Arrange travel plans including flight and hotel bookings, and coordinate transportation.
- Manage household devices or communication tools when required (e.g., phones).
- Support with health and wellness needs such as scheduling medical appointments or coordinating fitness activities.
- Assist with children’s schedules and activities if needed.
- Take care of other ad-hoc or miscellaneous tasks such as arranging home maintenance.
- Any other task assign.
