  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling and transportation.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as calls and expense management.
  • Plan and organise social events and gatherings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights and accommodations.
  • Manage communication devices and tools as needed.
  • Support health and wellness scheduling.
  • Assist with children's activities if needed.
  • Address ad-hoc tasks like home maintenance.
Job description

  • Arrange travel plans including flight and hotel bookings, and coordinate transportation.

  • Assist with children’s schedules and activities if needed.
  • Take care of other ad-hoc or miscellaneous tasks such as arranging home maintenance.
