We are representing a leading global private equity investment firm to identify an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support the leadership team across corporate functions. About the Role

The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and optimal support for the office. Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee IT administration, including vendor liaison, hardware/software procurement, onboarding/offboarding processes, and billing validation.
  • Provide legal and compliance support by scheduling Board/Committee meetings, managing the board portal, liaising with corporate secretaries, and tracking compliance forms.
  • Support HR administration such as employee onboarding/offboarding, records management, and general HR support.
  • Assist finance with expense claims, submissions, and ad‑hoc administrative matters.
  • Manage executive support functions including calendars, travel, meetings, events, office supplies, and coordination with other administrative staff.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role supporting multiple stakeholders, with a background in financial or professional services considered advantageous.
  • Background in financial or professional services is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
