Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized office operations including supplies and equipment.
  • Deliver administrative assistance to Senior Management and family members.
  • Oversee concierge services including travel planning and bookings.
  • Organize and maintain calendar of appointments and engagements.
  • Manage residential properties in Singapore.
  • Handle expense processing and manage payables.
  • Provide IT support and cover for Corporate Services Manager.
  • Identify and drive process improvements.
  • Support special projects by conducting research.
  • Collaborate closely with administrative and professional staff.
Job description
KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONBISILITIES:
  • Office Management: Maintain organized office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a tidy workspace
  • Deliver seamless administrative and executive assistance to Senior Management as well as family members, ensuring efficiency and discretion across all matters.
  • Oversee and execute concierge services for family members — including bespoke travel planning, accommodation bookings, and lifestyle arrangements — with exceptional attention to detail and discretion.
  • To efficiently organize and maintain the calendar of appointments, meetings, and engagements, ensuring optimal time management and preparation.
  • Management and oversight of residential properties in Singapore.
  • Handle expense processing, manage payables and statutory obligations on behalf of family members.
  • Provide administrative and IT support to the Corporate Services Manager and assume responsibilities during absence.
  • Proactively identify and drive process improvements to optimize workflows.
  • Drive initiatives that embed and reinforce corporate values in alignment with the organization’s strategic vision.
  • Project Assistance: Support special projects and initiatives by conducting research, gathering data, and coordinating tasks as assigned.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other administrative and professional staff to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Any ad-hoc matters as assigned.
