Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic Architect to engage with project stakeholders and manage projects from start to handover. The ideal candidate holds a relevant university degree in Architecture and has at least 3 years of post-graduate experience in design and project administration. Strong knowledge of local building codes and the ability to work independently are essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ post-graduate experience in Architectural schematic design, design development, tender documentation and project administration.
• Good portfolio of project work.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Engage & coordinate with project stakeholders for design and permitting inputs.
• Coordinates site inspection and authority clearances.
• Project management from start to handover, including authorities submission and procurement preparation.

• Coordinates site inspection and authority clearances
• Project management from start to handover, including authorities submission, project procurement preparation and detailing
