Job Title: Executive Administrator
Location: Jurong East
Contract: 2 years (with optional extension up to 1 year)

About the Role

We are looking for highly organized Executive Administrators to support digital platform management and system administration for our projects. You will manage user access, maintain records, handle system configurations, and generate reports to ensure smooth operations of our Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage OPTIMUS CDE user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Handle system configurations, ticketing requests, and troubleshooting.
  • Track platform usage and generate reports for management.
  • Manage communications, training documentation, and support materials.
  • Maintain records and track vendor performance for operational efficiency.
Qualification Requirements

Candidates should meet at least one of the following routes:

Diploma Route
  • Diploma or higher in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field recognized by JTC.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in system administration, database management, user support, digital platform management, including CDE administration and access management.
O-Level Route
  • O-Levels.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in system administration, database management, user support, digital platform management, or related technical roles in construction, built environment, or technology sectors, with proven capability in managing user access and role-based controls.
Mandatory Skills & Knowledge
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Shell) and advanced Excel (data merging, macros, automation).
  • Knowledge of identity and access management principles.
  • Experience with Active Directory and identity management tools.
  • Understanding of security compliance requirements.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous.
Salary Range
  • Diploma route: SGD 3,500 – 4,500
  • O-Level route: SGD 3,000 – 3,800
