The Role: Your Primary Focus

This part-time role centers on becoming the master scheduler and organizational backbone for our Executive team.

  • Executive Scheduling Expert: Your core task is to expertly manage, schedule, and confirm all appointments, meetings, and calls. You'll ensure the executive's calendar runs with flawless precision.

  • Logistical Coordinator: Arrange minor meeting logistics and prepare essential documents.

Commitment & Flexibility
  • Minimum Hours: We require a commitment of 8 to 10 hours per week. Weekdays work-week only.

  • Flexible Schedule: We offer flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule or other commitments. You'll work with the executive to determine the best schedule for both parties, focusing on key coordination periods.
