Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Handle centralised services such as pass/permit processing, concession card applications, qualification checks, and data-protection queries.
  • Prepare documents and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
  • Maintain accurate student/client records according to established procedures.
  • Provide input for policy and procedure reviews.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance processes and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage assigned budget items.
  • Plan work allocation within the team; guide and support team members in daily operations.
  • Act as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) for assigned areas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in education or administrative operations.
  • Experience leading or guiding team members will be an added advantage.
