Job summary

A corporate client services firm in Singapore is seeking an Executive (Account Management) to manage and grow a portfolio of B2B corporate customers. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in business and 1–3 years of experience in account management or B2B sales. Responsibilities include driving revenue, strengthening client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. The position offers a monthly salary of up to $4,500 based on experience.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Executive (Account Management) to join our client's B2B team. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate customers purchasing groceries and services. You will play a key role in driving revenue and profitability, strengthening client relationships, and coordinating across internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to fulfilment and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Portfolio Ownership & Growth

  • Manage a portfolio of B2B corporate accounts and achieve sales, margin, and retention targets.
  • Develop account plans with clear quarterly goals and growth strategies.

2. Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct business reviews, handle escalations, and ensure timely issue resolution.

3. Commercial Execution

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and manage pricing or rebate agreements within set guidelines.
  • Oversee product lists, order templates, and multi-drop delivery setups.

4. Operational Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams (Fulfilment, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, and delivery.
  • Support customer onboarding and ensure accurate billing and AR follow-up.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor account performance through dashboards and reports.
  • Identify sales opportunities, operational gaps, and propose improvement actions.

6. Campaign & Seasonal Management

  • Support corporate sales campaigns and seasonal programs such as CNY, Mid‑Autumn, and Christmas.
  • Coordinate pricing, product availability, and communication plans for peak periods.

7. Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Contribute to SOP documentation, feedback loops, and platform enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, procurement, PDPA, and audit standards.
Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, customer success, or category/operations (experience in FMCG or e‑commerce is preferred).
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Working knowledge of B2B procurement processes, invoicing, and fulfilment logistics.
  • Basic SQL knowledge will be an added advantage.
