Job description

Alpha Ladder Group (ALG) is a Singapore-headquartered fintech group licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. We are building a capital markets execution function within our Wealth division. You will be its founding full-time member — a hands-on execution role with live transactions from day one, working closely with senior product leadership across our Hong Kong and Singapore offices.

What you will do
  • Run structured transactions end-to-end: transaction intake, structuring support, term sheets, and a committed cross‑functional timetable across legal, compliance, credit and operations.
  • Draft and manage core transaction documents: proposal papers, approval memos, disclosure materials, and credit papers (with the credit team), to a standard senior management can sign against.
  • Coordinate transaction due diligence with internal credit and legal teams, and support due diligence on external partners and counterparties.
  • Support the onboarding of partner products, including partner review and documentation.
  • Prepare product materials and FAQs for client-facing teams.
  • Own and continuously improve execution processes and document templates.
What we are looking for
  • 3–5 years in structured finance, DCM, securitisation, private credit, or fund structuring/execution — at a bank, fund manager, trustee, law firm, or corporate finance boutique.
  • Proven document craft: you have drafted or run term sheets, offering documents, subscription agreements, or credit papers, and can manage lawyers rather than be managed by them.
  • Strong project discipline: you keep multi-party timetables honest and escalte early.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Self‑starting and comfortable being the first hire of a new team in a fast‑moving, senior-facing environment.
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Singapore fund and securities frameworks (e.g. VCC, private‑placement exemptions, accredited‑investor regime) — can be learned on the job.
  • Exposure to digital assets or innovative fund structures is a plus.
Why this role
  • Founding‑member ownership of a new function, with direct exposure to senior leadership.
  • Live transactions from week one on a licensed, institutionally governed platform.
  • A cross‑border seat spanning Hong Kong and Singapore.

We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every individual feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute.
