Job summary

The Agency for Care Effectiveness (ACE) Singapore is seeking a Senior Specialist/ Specialist/ Principal Analyst/ Analyst in the Evidence to Practice (ETP) division. You will conduct formative research, develop ACE Clinical Guidelines, and work with stakeholders to implement guidelines and educate across settings.

The role emphasizes evidence synthesis, impact evaluation, and collaboration with MOH and clinical experts to promote evidence-based, cost-effective care in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in a healthcare-related field (medicine, medical science, pharmacy, psychology, biomedical engineering, or economics).
• Postgraduate qualifications in health economics, public health, biostatistics, epidemiology or related field; or equivalent knowledge via research and training.
• At least three years of experience in evidence-based methodologies, epidemiology or healthcare econometrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formative research and evidence synthesis.
• Develop ACE Clinical Guidelines (ACGs) and evaluate their impact.
• Work with stakeholders to facilitate successful implementation of ACGs.
• Develop and deliver quality clinical education in various healthcare settings.
