Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a proactive and organized Events Services Coordinator to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences and have a knack for logistics, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, from pre-event setup to post-event breakdown
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth event execution and timely delivery of services
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand event requirements and objectives
  • Manage event logistics, including catering, audiovisual equipment, seating arrangements, and transportation
  • Handle registration processes, guest lists, and on-site coordination during events to ensure a seamless experience for attendees
  • Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring events stay within the allocated budget
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring that all materials and equipment are arranged properly
  • Gather feedback from clients and attendees’ post-event to evaluate success and areas for improvement
  • Assist with creating and maintaining event documentation, including contracts, schedules, and checklists
