VALOR ORGANISATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated Event and Sales Coordinator to join our growing Events and Sales Marketing team. This full-time, on-site role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to develop communication skills and build a career.

You will participate in live event campaigns, promote products to customers, collaborate with Marketing, and help mentor new team members while striving to achieve team targets and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience or background in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage audiences and deliver brand messages effectively.
• Positive mindset with a willingness to learn, develop new skills, and adapt to different situations.
• Team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Take part in live event marketing campaigns to engage audiences and increase brand visibility
• Promote products and services directly to customers to generate interest and drive sales
• Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute impactful promotional campaigns
• Build positive customer relationships through engaging interactions and memorable brand experiences
• Assist in guiding and supporting new team members to strengthen teamwork and overall performance
