Job Description
Event Planning & Coordination
- Conceptualise, plan, and execute engaging events from ideation through post-event analysis.
- Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans ensuring all elements are aligned with company objectives.
On-site Event Management
- Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring smooth event execution, timely troubleshooting, and a superior attendee experience.
- Manage event staff and volunteers, providing clear instructions and support as needed.
Social Media Coverage & Digital Engagement
- Manage real-time social media coverage during events, including live updates, streaming, and engaging with the online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create pre-, during-, and post-event digital content to maximize audience reach and engagement.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
- Oversee contracts, ensure compliance with agreements, and maintain strong professional relationships.
Administrative Support
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Assist with data entry, maintaining event documentation, and coordinating communication between internal teams and external partners.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless event execution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align event strategies with overall business goals.
Post-Event Evaluation
- Collect feedback, analyse event performance metrics, and generate reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and innovative ideas for future events based on insights gained.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
