We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Events ProjectsManager to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Management of corporate and experiential events, including planning, coordination, execution, and post-event evaluation.
• Support in client servicing, ensuring timely and accurate communication of project updates and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of event logistics and production.
• Manage administrative and operational aspects ofprojects, including budget tracking, scheduling, and documentation.
• Contribute to the development of project proposals, timelines, and presentation materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and support creative ideation processes.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in event management, project coordination, or marketing communications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
