We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Event Manager to join our team and help us continue to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Oversee all aspects of event planning, from concept to execution, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations. This includes venues, catering, entertainment, decorations, and logistics.
  • Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives, providing expert advice and recommendations to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Vendor Management: Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors and suppliers, including venues, caterers, audio-visual technicians, decorators, and entertainers. Maintain positive relationships and ensure vendor deliverables are met.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of event staff, ensuring smooth event operations. Assign roles, responsibilities, and supervise on-the-day execution to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
  • Budget Management: Prepare detailed event budgets, track expenditures, and ensure events stay within budget while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
  • Logistics & Scheduling: Handle all logistical aspects of events, including scheduling, transportation, equipment setup, and on-site management to ensure the timely and successful delivery of events.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential issues and resolve them efficiently and professionally. Ensure all events are executed without any disruptions or problems.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Collect feedback from clients and attendees to assess event success, identify areas for improvement, and ensure repeat business opportunities.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Assist in the promotion of events and company services, participating in event marketing strategies where needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar event coordination role 4 years preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, vendors, and staff effectively.
  • Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency with event management software and tools.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
  • A degree or certification in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
