Job summary

Zenith Alliance is seeking a highly organized Events Management Intern to support the planning and execution of corporate events, client engagements and marketing campaigns in a collaborative team environment. The role is ideal for current polytechnic or university students looking to gain hands-on experience in event planning, coordination and communications within the financial services sector.

Salary ranges from 12 to 13.50 SGD per hour; contract duration is 3 months with a 2‑week notice if

  • Current Polytechnic or University student.
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn about the financial services industry.
  • Able to commit to the minimum weekly working hours.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Must complete all 4 required examination papers within the 3-month internship period.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating and executing seminars, workshops, networking events and recruitment drives.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues and event partners to coordinate logistics.
  • Coordinate event registrations and attendee communications.
  • Prepare event materials, logistics, setup and event checklists.
  • Support event execution and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Assist with event marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Capture photos and videos during events for marketing and social media purposes.
  • Assist in sourcing event venues, refreshments and event materials where required.
  • Ensure events are organized professionally and provide a positive attendee experience.
  • Be open to undertaking other reasonable ad-hoc duties assigned.

This internship is ideal for Polytechnic and University students looking to strengthen their event management, communication and organizational skills while working alongside experienced professionals. You'll gain hands‑on exposure to planning corporate events, client engagement activities and marketing campaigns in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Salary ranges from $12 - $13.50/hr

  • Contract Duration: 3 months
  • Should the employee decide to leave before the contract end date, a 2-week notice period must be served.
  • Minimally 2–3 days/week, 4 hours per day

Position Scope

The duties and responsibilities listed below constitute the primary scope of this internship. Interns can expect to perform these responsibilities throughout their internship while receiving guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Internship Progression

Upon successful completion of all required examination papers during the internship, interns may choose to:

  • Transition into a Part-Time or Full-Time Financial Advisor, or
  • Continue as a Part-Time Events Management Intern for an additional 3 months (contract extendable) to gain further industry exposure and experience before deciding on a long-term career pathway.
