Qualifications

• Knowledge of structural, audiovisual (AV), and mechanical & electrical systems to support integrated project delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to facilitate project documentation and communication.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating site activities.
• Liaise with vendors to enforce quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage site operations and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate closely with designers.
• Prepare detailed reports and assist in documentation.
• Maintain quality control by managing sub-contractors effectively.
• Identify critical project paths and propose solutions.
• Administer routine management reporting.
