A dynamic events management company in Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic professional to assist in planning and executing corporate and public events. The ideal candidate has a minimum diploma and is passionate about client engagement. Key responsibilities include coordinating logistics, overseeing event flow, and promoting event awareness. Excellent organizational skills and creativity are essential. This role is based at Harbourfront Centre.

  • Conduct market research for event concepts and trends.
  • Work with marketing team to promote event awareness.
  • Liaise with sponsors, partners, and clients.
  • Monitor budgets and timeline milestones.
  • Gather feedback and produce post-event reports.
