Job description

Position Overview

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Events Executive will play a critical role in supporting the planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of events, including product launches, roadshows and test drive activations. You will be responsible for on-site setup, logistics coordination and supplier management.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and support the end-to-end setup of events, including booth assembly, display arrangements, signage placement and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure all event materials, vehicles and equipment are delivered, installed, and functioning accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal team and external vendors to ensure logistics bookings, packing lists, and vendor confirmations.
  • Provide on-ground support during events, including real-time issue resolution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact on-site, ensuring event runs according to schedule.
  • Manage post-event teardown, packing and asset return with proper documentation and inventory checks.
  • Maintain event storage areas, ensuring materials are organised, stocked and ready for deployment.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in events operations, event logistics or a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on attitude, with a readiness to work on-site during event setup and teardown.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage vendors and suppliers.
  • A team player who is resourceful, adaptable and performs well under pressure.
  • Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
