Overview

Assist in the end-to-end planning and delivery of events, exhibitions, and brand activations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and deliverables with internal departments (design, project management, production, logistics).
• Source and liaise with suppliers, contractors, and freelancers for manpower, logistics, and equipment needs.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and partners during project execution.
• Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and post-event summaries.
• Ensure client requirements and brand guidelines are clearly communicated to the internal team.
• Support Project Manager in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and cost tracking reports.
• Handle event-related documentation such as permits, insurance, and risk assessments.

Requirements
