Job Description
- Coordinate & Manage Event Logistics
- Manage and Work on Event Related Administrative Duties & Documentation
- Sourcing, Liaison and Negotiation with Clients & Event Suppliers
- Preparation & Filing of Quotations, Invoices, etc
- Costs & Budget Management
- Problem Resolution for Final Conference/Training Course Agenda
- Provide Excellent Customer Service Support
- Basic Brochure/Marketing Collaterals Design including the Preparation of Event Onsite Related Documents & Materials
- Assist with event setup(e.g. setup of chairs and tables, and operation of AV/PA system)
- Other administrative duties where required.
