Job summary
A higher education institution in Singapore is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to develop and execute membership and alumni activities, support student engagement, and maintain event records. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree and 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience in a dynamic environment. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, coordinate, and execute membership and alumni engagement activities in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Support student interest groups and coordinate regular engagement events to encourage student participation.
- Maintain event attendance records and manage administrative tasks related to engagement programs and activities.
- Support membership outreach efforts and help develop value propositions to attract and retain members.
- Assist in the delivery of career support services and expand the database of employers offering job placements and internships.
- Engage members and alumni across various communication platforms by creating effective marketing materials and campaigns.
- Conduct presentations during student orientation sessions, gather feedback through post-event surveys, and promote student events through class visits and engagement initiatives.
- Provide assistance at the membership counter and carry out other related duties as assigned.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of Institute-wide events when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management)
- Preferably 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience (experience in higher education or events management will be an advantage)
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and manage tasks effectively
- Standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional evening or weekend duties may be required, with time off provided in accordance with company policy
