Job summary

A leading events consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an Events Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and secure new partnerships. The role involves presenting exhibition opportunities, advising clients, and collaborating with teams. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of experience in sales and a relevant degree. This position offers a salary range of SGD 3000 - 4500.

Events Business Development Executive

Mon to Fri | 9:00am – 6:00pm | $3000 - $4500

Working Location: Kallang

Key Responsibilities
Growth-Focused Sales & Strategy
  • Identify and secure new exhibitors and partners across relevant industries.
  • Present offerings, including booth spaces, sponsorships, digital ads, and activation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, repeat participation, and long-term partnerships.
Exhibitor Consultation & Relationship Management
  • Advise clients on optimising exhibition ROI.
  • Provide guidance on booth placement, customer engagement, and activation strategies.
  • Maintain client records and manage relationships with exhibitors.
Collaboration & Delivery
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and data teams to support exhibitor activities.
  • Collect and organise post-event feedback for evaluation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and sales processes.
  • Prior experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or events is a plus.
