Job summary

HAVE FUN SUNTEC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a vigilant security professional to manage crowd flow and access control at high-traffic events. You will monitor CCTV, respond to incidents, and coordinate with emergency services as needed.

Responsibilities include de-escalating conflicts, patrolling the venue perimeter, documenting incidents, and serving as a welcoming, professional contact for guests with safety queries.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Private Security License issued by the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD).
• At least 1 year of experience in physical security, law enforcement, or high-volume public/entertainment events.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate crowd flow, monitor congestion points, manage queues, and ensure safe capacity limits.
• Manage access control at entry/exit points.
• Conduct regular physical patrols of the venue's perimeter and monitor CCTV feeds and alarm systems in real time.
• Manage disruptive guests and de-escalate any conflict that may arise.
• Act as a first responder during medical emergencies, fire alarms, power outages, or security threats. Coordinate directly with local law enforcement, fire departments, or medical staff if needed.
• Document all disturbances, injuries, property damage, or policy violations accurately in detailed, written incident logs.
• Act as a welcoming, professional point of contact for guests by providing directions and answering safety questions.
