The Event & Sales Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events while driving sales growth and building strong client relationships. This role combines event management expertise with business development skills to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

Event Management

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate and social events from concept to completion
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, timelines, and coordination
  • Ensure smooth on-site operations, including staff supervision, client liaison, and troubleshooting
  • Develop creative event concepts and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Oversee post-event evaluations and reporting to measure success and identify improvements

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and partners
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Negotiate terms, packages, and event solutions with clients
  • Track sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management

Marketing & Client Engagement

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and services
  • Maintain strong brand presence through events and client engagement initiatives
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and repeat patronage
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Events Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event management and/or sales
  • Results-driven and customer-focused, with an eye for detail
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing successful events
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
