Job description

• Co-ordinate, monitor and execute all events and activities independently.
• Conceptualize and prepare event proposals customized to individual event.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Assist in planning and coordination of the event to ensure a smooth and successful event.
• An eye for detail to design event items such as signage and menu as per event requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of event marketing materials.
• Provide on-site event support, ensuring everything runs according to plan.
• Gather and analyse event feedback to continuously improve the event planning process.
• Ad-hoc work with marketing team to deliver high quality and sales driven events.
