With minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in project management or event management roles, you're a business-minded professional who thrives in dynamic environments. You have a proven track record managing events and demonstrate capability in client relationship management and business development.

You bring an executive presence suitable for client interactions and possess exceptional tact and professionalism.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, you see challenges as opportunities and bring both strategic thinking and operational excellence to every project.

You will
  • Lead the complete project lifecycle from conception to delivery, managing stakeholder relationships and on-site execution
  • Drive business growth: identify opportunities, handle RFPs, build proposals, and deliver winning client presentations
  • Manage budgets with P&L accountability, negotiating suppliers, and project profit margins
  • Serve as primary client contact: building long-term partnerships, proactively managing expectations, and identifying future opportunities
  • Conduct post-event reviews, produce clear reports, and drive continuous improvement and innovation
