The trainee will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various event operations, gaining hands‑on experience in managing logistics, vendor relations, and on‑site event management to ensure smooth and successful event delivery.
Specific Responsibilities
- Support the owner in planning and organizing event logistics from pre‑event preparation to post‑event evaluation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in preparing event layouts, schedules, and operational checklists.
- Monitor event setups and ensure all arrangements meet quality and design standards.
- Help manage on‑site operations during events, including setup, registration, and client coordination.
- Maintain documentation of event requirements, supplier contacts, and operational procedures.
- Conduct research on venues, event trends, and new suppliers to enhance event quality and efficiency.
- Provide administrative and logistical support in managing client communications, contracts, and event reports.
