Awesomedia is looking for a tech-savvy and resourceful IT Support Technician to keep our systems, network, and devices running smoothly across our office and event operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain company computers, printers, and equipment
• Set up and troubleshoot network connections, CCTV, and Wi-Fi systems
• Support event setup with IT-related configurations (e.g. LED system, media players, routers)
• Manage data backup and basic cybersecurity measures
• Assist with general technical and ad-hoc support when needed

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and computer hardware
• Able to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science
• Possess Class 3 licence an advantage
