Job summary

Stratgeist Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Event Operations Intern to support planning and execution of upcoming projects. You will assist with registrations, setup and teardown, guest check-in and crowd management, and help coordinate sponsor activations and logistics.

Ideal candidates are Polytechnic or University students who love events, sports or marketing, are friendly and proactive, and can commit for a minimum 3–4 months. Weekend and public holiday availability is required.

• Responsible, organised and punctual.
• Able to commit throughout the internship period.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event registration and guest check-in.
• Support event setup and teardown.
• Manage participant flow, queues and crowd movement.
• Assist with event operations and logistics.
• Support sponsor activations and brand experience booths.
• Prepare and manage event equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners and event crew.
• Support emcees, officials and event managers during live operations.
• Ensure event areas remain safe, organised and operational.
• General event operations and administrative support.

Allowance

SGD $800–$1,000/month (depending on deployment schedule)

Internship Period

Minimum 3-4 months commitment preferred

• Able to work weekends and Public Holidays when required
