Job summary

BIG TOP EVENTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant in Singapore.

Work schedule is 5.5 days a week with shifts from 10am-6pm (Thu-Mon) and 10am-2pm (Tue). Salary ranges from SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,400 per month with potential for high OT pay, supporting fast-paced event operations. You will handle inventory and equipment movement, assist in event setup/teardown, and ensure proper packing and return of gear after events.

Qualifications

• Must have Class 3A driving license
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese
• Experience in similar operations/warehouse roles preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle fast-paced operations and overtime when required
• Serve as a responsible team member for warehouse duties
• Move heavy items such as arcade machines and bouncy castles
• Inspect warehouse inventory and notify replenishment needs
• Packaging and returning equipment after events
• Assist setup and teardown for events
