  • Oversee all aspects of on-site event execution, including setup, staffing, and breakdown
  • Prepare post-event reports, evaluations, and client feedback reviews
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and permit requirements
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members or freelancers where required
Requirements
  • Singaporeans and Permanent Residents preferred
  • Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning/management
