Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop detailed event proposals, schedules, and budgets using our internal tools (Proposal Builder, Budget Builder, Asana).
  • Coordinate and supervise vendors, suppliers, and on-site crews.
  • Oversee creative development, production setup, and event-day operations.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, budget, and timeline.
  • Lead internal debriefs and continuous improvement after each project.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in corporate event management (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale events simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership ability.
  • Proficient in project management tools (experience with Asana is a plus).
  • Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays when events require.
What You’ll Get
  • Opportunity to lead high-profile corporate and government projects.
  • A creative and performance-driven culture with clear accountability.
  • Exposure to integrated event, media, and content production workflows.
  • Competitive salary and performance bonuses.
